1. General

2. Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Custom, personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items are created specifically for you.

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

• Please ensure all details (names, sizes, colours, designs) are correct before placing your order.

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

• You will be asked to provide photographs and a description of the issue.

• We will either provide a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

 

4. Incorrect Custom Details

• If we make an error in fulfilling your custom order, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.

• If the error is due to information you provided, we may not be able to offer a refund, but we will discuss options to rectify the order.

 

5. Return Procedure

To return a valid item:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.

3. Ship the item back to the address provided.

4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
